Boo Boo Florist

Story for the day... My director's hubby's granny passed on yesterday... So we ordered a wreath. I distinctively called the florist and told him that it's so and so's granny who passed on and she's at this elderly home and the wake will be there... But when the goon-du florist delivered the wreath... It read... the demise of the mother instead... The old lady who is well and alive, was so upset... Bless her... My director totally flipped and her family was fuming... Bless them too... Goodness... It was so awful... Good thing, at least they got the granny's name right... Called them today and told the florist off... I'm SO not ordering anything from them ever again... Sheesh!
