Safe in a Crazy World

Alright! It's finally out!

Corrinne May just launched her second album entitled - Safe in a Crazy World. I've been waiting for this since the very first day of this year, after catching her performance at the Esplanade Amphi-theater with Ian. I'm really proud of Corrinne and her music, which broke barriers and made it into the international music scene... Her brand of music just simply mesmerizes you... It's not easy to write beautiful tunes with beautiful lyrics, but somehow Corrinne May just manages to deliver them right... I'd just soak into her new album for now... Don't ever stop Corrinne... You have been blessed with this wonderful gift of music... Hope to hear that you will be launching your third album soon in the near future!

Don't worry Ian, I'd grab a copy of her CD for you!

Safe in a crazy world...

Hmm...

Just got home and I had to write this blog AGAIN... Cos, apparently, this stupid blog page 'ate' my entry just when I was about to publish it yesterday... Blimey... Was so exasperated... Didn't want to continue writing... But here's it all over again...

Caught Dee, Zaihan & Ridz up for dinner at this Indian Restaurant just now... Had a wild time laughing over some really crappy jokes... Later, Rizal joined us when we got to the Cheesecake Cafe... Really needed this break... My week at work so far was one major headache... No thanks for one particular client of mine... Sigh...

[ Paused to listen to track 5 on Corrinne May's new CD... ]

" You keep me flying
You keep me smiling
You keep me safe in a crazy world
You understand me
Embrace my fragility
You keep me safe in a crazy world
And in your arms I find the strength
to believe in me again"

Ok... This is going to be kinda unexpected... I don't think my parents will ever get to read this on my blog, cos they don't really use the computer... But, here goes... Although I never say this out loud back home... I love them... Thanks Papa & Mummy... For everything you have done for me... Cos, without you I would not have the courage to fly, the strength to smile, or feel safe in this crazy l'il helluva world that I am in... Especially, at this time when work is tight and I'm super-duper stressed. You guys are my angels... Well... Who happen to not really surf the net... HA! =) Kiddin'.
